Design

  • Initial page £70/$140 - includes banner, buttons and background designs.

  • Category Page (in same overall design) £35/$70 with pictures (possibly a thumbnail page) and text.

  • Information Page (e.g. How to Buy, T&C, Contact info) £35/$70

  • Item Page £5.00/$10.00 - a single page dedicated to one item or shows several options of one type - e.g. hair colour choices or model choices with pictures and text.

  • Design prices quoted are for basic HTML pages. If your design requires extra graphic work (creation or manipulation of images) or have extra features such as FLASH or Javascript, these will be subject to an additional charge.

  • Content

  • Text supplied on a disk or by email No extra Charge

  • Text to be taken from clearly printed or typed material £5.00/$10.00 per A4 page

  • Text to be taken from handwritten material £10.00/$20.00 per A4 page

  • Graphics Images supplied in digital format No Charge

  • Images to be scanned from original photographs £3.00 per scan

  • Images to be scanned from printed documents £6.00 per scan

  • Special graphics (e.g. montage) from £10 per completed image

  • Forms / Configuring CGI script £20 including "Thank You" page

  • Special Content  - you do not need a website from us to buy these Services

    PayPal Shopping Cart Integration (includes 'success' page for buyers) £30.00/$60.00

    PayPal  payments button £5.00/$10.00 each. 

  • PayPal payments button with drop down options £8.00/$16.00

  • Ebay Page integrated into website. An eBay page showing your current listings on a page within your website £50.00/$100.00 This charge includes the website page (no additional category page fee levied)

  • Tracking Codes. A code placed on every page of your website for you to see how often specific pages are being visited, where visitors are referred from, length of stay, etc. £1.00 per page/$2.00 per page

  • Ebay Services - you do not need a website from us to buy these Services

    Ebay set-up. Includes Sign Up to Ebay. £10.00/$20.00

  • Seller Registration. Sign Up so that you can sell Goods on eBay £10.00/$20.00

  • Ebay Shop set-up. Includes About Me page and banner design for your Shop as well as creating Categories (up to 20), About the Seller page, FAQ's and Shop Policies. £70/$140

  • Ebay Auction Listing. Simple listing using Ebay picture service and Ebay template (if required) £3.00 per Auction. Seller to supply all pictures and text.

  • Ebay Auction Listing. Designed listing using a design based upon your website design, or an original design that you have chosen from a choice supplied by us. £5.00 per Auction. Seller to supply all pictures and text.

  • Domain Name linked to an existing Ebay Shop (no website) We can buy your chosen domain name (subject to availability) and link this to your existing Ebay Shop (or have us set-up your shop at the fee stated above) so that visitors to your domain name will see your current eBay listings. £30.00 - includes a ".co.uk" domain name or £50.00 including a ".com" domain name.

  • Updates for Websites - you do not need a website from us to buy these Services

    Simple Text Change , such as change of address or telephone number - up to four changes per year FREE with a site designed by us.  Non - dollywebdesign sites at the rate stated below.  
  • More involved text changes, change in content, layout, graphics, deletions or additional pages will be charged at either a New Page rate of £30/$60 per page for a Category page or £5.00/$10.00 for Item Page or at a rate of £5/$10 per 15 minutes or part thereof.
  •  
  • Domain Name
  • We will buy a domain name on your behalf or give advice if you wish to do this yourself.
  • A name ending in ".co.uk" currently costs £9.99 for two years
  • A name ending in ".com" currently costs £30.00/$50.00 for two years
  • Other domain suffixes such as ".me", ".biz", and many others are also available
  • You should make sure that you have the right to use your chosen name, and that it does not infringe on any trademark or breach any business name rules or legislation before you purchase your domain name.
  • Once you've chosen and bought your domain name, it will be registered to you for the minimum period (usually two years). The registrars can not refund your payment if you change your mind.
  • Hosting
  • We can provide hosting for your site or give advice if you wish to arrange this yourself.
  • Hosting charges start from £30.00/$50.00 per year.
  • Terms and Conditions
  • Payments for domain names and hosting must be made in advance and are non-refundable.
  • Once a website design is agreed upon, a deposit of £100/$200 will become payable. This is non-refundable, but will be deducted from the final website charge.  All designs remain the property of dollywebdesign until paid for in full.
  • The website will be completed in the agreed overall design; should your further requirements differ greatly from the agreed design, we may levy an additional re-design charge.
  • The final balance of the website design charge will become due on completion of the site.
  • Additional work after completion will be charged at our Update rates as stated above.
